First Building

Ground Floor

Upon entering the first building, you'll step into a spacious open-plan living area that includes the living room, kitchen, and the first bedroom.

The living room is designed for comfort, featuring a large sofa, a 55” HDTV with Netflix, a PlayStation 3, and a Bluetooth speaker for entertainment. Its balcony doors open directly to the pool area, offering breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains and nature. Adjacent to the living room, the fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for a self-catered holiday. The kitchen also includes a stylish indoor dining area, with a high-top table and bar-style stools. Balcony doors from the kitchen lead you outside to the pool, barbecue, and outdoor dining areas, perfect for al fresco meals and relaxation.

Bedroom 1: This bedroom features a Queen-size bed (1,60 x 1,90), a 32” HDTV, a closet, a self-controlled A/C, and a balcony with direct access to the pool area. 

Finally, the ground floor offers a bathroom with a shower which contains the washer and dryer. 

First Floor

Reaching the first floor through the staircase, guests will find two more bedrooms.  

Bedroom 2: This master bedroom features a Queen-size bed (1,60 x 2,00), a 32” HDTV, a self-controlled A/C, and an ensuite bathroom, and a hydromassage bathtub.  Also, this bedroom features two private balconies with nature views.

Bedroom 3: This bedroom offers a Queen-size bed (1,60 x 2,00),  a self-controlled A/C, a closet, a 32” HDTV, and an ensuite bathroom with a stand-up shower.   Additionally, it offers a private balcony overlooking the pool area with nature and mountain views.

Second Building

Ground Floor

As you enter the second building, you'll be welcomed into a spacious open-concept living area that blends the living room and kitchen seamlessly. The living room boasts a large, comfortable sofa and a 65” Smart TV, equipped with Netflix and a PlayStation 5 for your entertainment. Floor-to-ceiling balcony doors lead directly to the pool area, offering stunning views of the surrounding mountains and lush nature. Adjacent to the living room, the fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for a self-catered holiday, including an island with seating for four. The indoor dining area, located next to the kitchen, comfortably seats eight around a generous table. From the kitchen, you can step out to a secondary outdoor dining space, as well as the pool area. For added convenience, a bathroom with a shower, which also houses a washer and dryer, is easily accessible from this space.

First Floor

Ascending to the first floor, guests will find the two bedrooms. 

Bedroom 4: This master bedroom offers a Queen-size bed (1,60 x 2,00), a 32” HDTV,  a self-controlled A/C, an ensuite bathroom, and a private balcony overlooking nature's splendor. 

Bedroom 5: This bedroom also features a cozy Queen-size bed (1,60 x 2,00), a self-controlled A/C, a spacious closet, and a 32” HDTV. Additionally, this bedroom offers a spacious en-suite bathroom.

Outdoor Area

However, the most impressive area of Villa Aceso is without doubt its outdoor spaces, which offer an array of facilities that include:

- Two 45 sq. m private infinity swimming pools (with 1,60 depth each). One of the two pools can be heated for the entire stay with an additional daily charge and it requires at least one week's advance notice.

- A Hot tub with seating for 5 under pergola.

- Fully equipped barbecue facilities with a charcoal grill, wood oven, and sink under a shaded pergola

- Two outdoor dining tables under the shade of the pergola

- One dining table with benches
